WHEN CAN I REQUEST FOR A REFUND/RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

Refund, return and exchange are only available when the item your received is defective (obvious dirt stain, torn and etc.) or you received a wrong item.
You have 3-days to return an item from the date you received it. (starting from the date parcel tracking stated "delivered). After 3-days policy, all refund, return and exchange will not be entertained.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, unworned and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your items upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.

REFUND/RETURN OR EXCHANGE IS NO ACCEPTABLE FOR SITUATION BELOW

It does not fit me well

Return and exchange option is only available when the item you bought is still available for order. If the item is already sold out, we will proceed to refund.
